Cherry Lemonade

Well I finally finished my Cherry Lemonade collection. I am totally in love with these pieces. This collection was originally due for a guest launch about a month ago. But I was still feeling so sick and the girls both got sick just before it, so it was put on hold until now. We did take pictures of all the pieces today so I thought I'd share some with you. Since I won't be taking any more custom orders until next spring, you can consider this a very very early sneak peek of Spring 2009! I guess now I can think of myself as "early." hehe

WOW! Angel, I been checking in waiting to see your pics and I just LOVE this set!! Those colors and prints are so beautiful together and the girls look so sweet as usual! I am going to miss seeing your new stuff so much. Did you use a pattern for the halter top? I have made London several tops like that without, but I just bought a pattern since I thougt it might make it easier for customs- I'll have to go look and see what it is- one of the very very easy simplicity ones I think. Hope you are feeling better! Miss ya :)! Allison

I'm so glad you girls like it. :) I think this is my all-time favorite collection. but I think that about every new thing I make. LOL

Allison - I used McCall's M5419 for the halter. I added loops so it could tie at the waist instead of around the neck. So I then had to anchor the gathered neck onto the straps in the middle and the ends of the neckline. If it's tied around the neck you wouldn't need to do that though. It was a super easy pattern, I'm sure I'll make more. I miss you too girlie!!!! I check your blog tons. :)
