I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Since you first posted about his becoming ill, I have prayed for all of you. I lost my darling Dad to mesothelioma 8 yrs ago next month. I had a very special closeness with him. I was his only girl. And although we all were very close to him, a girl and her father share such a special relationship. I miss him terribly, and know that you will too. My prayers are will you all today, and always. I am so sorry.

He is in a much better place now and is no longer suffering...
I am so sorry about the loss of your father. I found you through Mandy at Crafty Southern Mama. FYI-My husband and I celebrated 18 years of marriage on Aug 14. His grandparents would have celebrated 62 years of marriage on Aug 14, but his grandmother died two weeks before the anniversary. We all took peace knowing she was confident in knowing where she was going. Still hard. Many prayers to you and your family.

Oh Angel, when I read your post title I started praying that this wasn't what your post was about. I am so very sorry for your loss. Your dad seems to be an amazing man - and I can tell how close you were by all of your posts about him. Please know that you and your sweet family are in my thoughts and prayers.
I am sorry that you had to say goodbye to your dad. I know that he will continue to love and care for you and your family, you just won't be able to see him.

Angel, despite that I've been in similar shoes, I find words so hard. I am so sorry you had to say goodbye so soon in life, but I rejoice in the knowledge that he had a saving relationship with our Savior. Hugs.
So sorry to hear. I lost my Mom when she was just 49 years old and I was 25. It is such a hard thing and I am sure you ache for your mother. I hope knowing he is in a better place and is healthy and feeling better brings you and your family comfort. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
